XCMG works on global intelligent cluster construction

Recently, at the site of the Sultan Said bin Taimur Road Reconstruction and Expansion Project, a key project in Oman, XCMG's 7 road intelligent construction clusters completed the demonstration application of AI intelligent construction, and completed the unmanned paving and intelligent compaction of asphalt pavement on the desert road site.

RTK high-precision positioning, intelligent construction control, and multi device collaboration have received high attention from relevant departments of the Omani government, industry clients, and mainstream media for this smart construction practice. It has also been featured in the Oman News Center and subsequently reprinted and disseminated by more than 200 media outlets worldwide. The project itself has significant implications for Oman's "2040 Vision".

The Oman Smart Construction Demonstration Project is an important practice for XCMG to continuously promote the global application of intelligent technology. At the project site, the intelligent construction cluster realizes intelligent collaboration in key links such as paving and compaction. Compared with traditional construction modes, it greatly improves equipment operation accuracy and construction efficiency, and demonstrates XCMG's ability to innovate technology and output solutions around future construction scenarios.

As the representative of China's largest scale, most diverse application scenarios, and most mature engineering practice of intelligent construction system, XCMG's road intelligent construction technology has been applied in multiple scenarios such as road construction, road maintenance, tunnel construction, airport construction, and water conservancy engineering. It has landed more than 123 national and provincial key infrastructure projects nationwide, with a total intelligent construction mileage exceeding 7000 kilometers.
